I recently RMA'd a SSD back to Corsair, and after a week, received a replacement drive which was faulty.

 

After 10 days I finally received a message from Customer Support about replacing the drive and whether or not a close match would work for me. I thought it was fine and replied back saying so but the next day I couldn't access the ticket #5804568.

 

"IMPORTANT: This page is no longer available. For Customer Service and Technical Support, please go to http://corsair.secure.force.com. "

 

So I have no idea if my ticket was closed prematurely or a system glitch managed to destroy my ticket, but I'm now on day 14 since receiving the bad replacement drive, and nearly 3 weeks since starting the RMA process.

 

Could I get an update please?

I have the same issue, I can't Access the ticket 5837887, instead appears the message "IMPORTANT: This page is no longer available. For Customer Service and Technical Support, please go to http://corsair.secure.force.com. "

The package is now in transit to US for the replacement and I don't know how to proceed (I received the shipping label few days ago)...

If you've already shipped it then there's nothing you need to do to proceed.
