Hi,

 

I've received an email from Corsair confirming the shipment of RMA replacement product on April 17 but to date nothing received. Would it be possible to check into this and advise. I've sent four emails to the customer service dept. and each time they open a new ticket without answering. I never found the phone number could you please post it here on the forum I think it will help several customers needing to talk with the customer service department. I have to say that I live in Canada but I cannot explain such a long delay.

I am sorry but you have multiple cases in the system and it looks like they have all been shipped. You will need to call our customer service and clear that up before anything else can be sent to you.

I would suggest calling our customer service using SKYPE and call the toll free number listed at http://www.corsair.com/us/company/contact/ and see if they can help clear this up

I've finally received the RMA replacement. I had several cases open because you never responded my emails each time you have opened a new ticket and it was a real mess. Five or six tickets were open for the same case, a real joke.Not easy to obtain a good service from your RMA department which is horrible. Improvement urgently required would be appropriated. High prices for your memory sticks but poor customer service.

I would suggest calling them by phone rather than doing it this way. The number is listed under contact on the main site and if you are outside the USA you can use SKYPE to call the toll free number for free.
