I returned my SP2200s about two months ago because they were broken, the RMA was approved and I was told I needed to pay $50 upgrade charge since there's no SP2200s being made any more. Since I've asked how to actually pay this charge I've been completely ignored in any emails I've sent.

 

My ticket number is 6007082(still not responded to four days later), my old RMA number was #5214174, can you do something about this?
