I can no longer access my RMA status page, but my case has not been resolved yet.

I was given a UPS tracking # for the return of a new memory kit 2 days ago, but since then the status hasn't changed and it says the package was not shipped yet.


A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated.

That means it's just probably in a bulk shipment (think box within a box) moving between RMA depots because the closest one to you is out of stock of your item. The UPS tracking number will go live once it's on its way directly to you.
