divergentnate
My computer is so loud after installing my new H100i! To start the pump is audible from across the room( I tested this by unplugging all my fans before starting the computer ). After plugging in the fans the noise increase even farther making it sound like someone is using the vacuum in the room next to me. I took a video to demonstrate though the sound in it does not do the justice of how loud it is. At the moment I cant stand to have my computer on due to the noise. Cooling is great though but noise makes it unusable. Update: Received a replacement from Amazon today. Pump works perfectly this time with very little noise. Fans were still a problem but found out that if I made them pull air inside instead of pushing it out they became a lot less noisy. Still louder than my case fans but a huge improvement over the previous one.
Bryman
Stock cooler will be quieter but the hydro will cool so much better and if it'd really really really loud like you can't hear stuff over it... Then sometimes wrong
DWreck
Go ahead and list a Screenshot of the Corsair Link Info, I personally don't use Corsair Link so I don't know how to describe it but there should be Pump RPM or something like that listed there somewhere. Then sometimes wrong From the Corsair website it says the h100i is meant to be quieter then the stock Intel fan at 100% load. It is louder at the moment with my 8% load then my Intel one was at 100%. I do believe something is wrong. http://www.corsair.com/us/hydro-series-h100i-extreme-performance-liquid-cpu-cooler.html
Bryman
100% load not fan speed... Means when CPU is at 100% that's how loud it is
divergentnate
And that is what I was meaning. Either way it is still a lot louder then both my h100 and my stock Intel fan.

Bryman
Wow ya your supposed to get cold air from outside the case it's noisy because it adjusts the fan speed by pump temp not processor so like 30 vs 40C difference? Huge
