550D Front Panel RMA

I e-mailed Corsair support on Sunday night about the fact my 550D front panel is faulty, they told me to open up an accessory request on the new support system so I did, and it said it would be responded to within 8 business hours. This was on Monday, just wondering if I can get an update?
