jd8180 Posted April 23, 2013 Share Posted April 23, 2013 Good morning, I placed an RMA ticket request back on 4/14/13 for the front I/O panel of the Carbide 200R case. I recently purchased the case at a local store (have receipt), however one of the two USB 3.0 ports does not work. I still haven't heard back from support and I just want to follow up on the status of my ticket. RMA Ticket #: 6004906 for the following SKU #: CC-8930090 For my original ticket request, I think I put standard RMA.
