iseeu1001
Hi I bought the CORSAIR CX600M not to long ago and I have a question. On step 4 of the microcenter receipt/ step 2 of the corsair rebate website it said " Cut out and enclose the ORIGINAL UPC code located on the back side of the paper insert or product packaging." what does that exactly mean? http://i1020.photobucket.com/albums/af325/eminembeastfan25/955fe27e-77b4-4967-ad0f-31b9b84ab488_zpsc1c382fe.jpg Is it the left bottom? Do I peel of the sticker and stick it on the paper that I printed? If I do peel it of and it rips pieces of the UPC code what will happen? Sorry this is my first ever rebate and I have no clue what I am doing.
peanutz94
Just cut it out of the box. But make a photocopy of it just i case you would need it for a return. But yes, the bottom left is what you need.

Administrators Technobeard Posted April 22, 2013 Administrators Share Posted April 22, 2013 Yes, the UPC code is in that square as seen here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Universal_Product_Code

iseeu1001
Hi again I think I made a mistake. I sent the rebate with a plain old white envelope and now I can't track my shipment. I think I was suppose to get it sent going to the mailing company.(they were closed when I was there so I though I should sent by envelope) Will corsair just say they never received it or forget about my rebate because I didn't sent them in a proper package because there is no way I can track it anymore. Administrators Technobeard Posted April 24, 2013 Administrators Share Posted April 24, 2013 I can't see anything wrong with mailing the UPC and Rebate form in an envelope. I'd wager that's how most send it in. Also, rebates are through a 3rd party company, not through us directly.
ram1220
While I never play the rebate game anymore the few that I have done in the past were always sent in a regular envelope in the mail. I just never buy anything with a rebate anymore because I have been scammed a few times. I don't like jumping through hoops 3 times to get the same rebate. iseeu1001
When will i get my rebate? The tracking number says they got it may 1st.
peanutz94
iseeu1001 you would need to contact the rebate company. Rebates are handled by a seperate company and not directly through Corsair. So they would have no information about your rebate.
iseeu1001
I finally got my rebate lol. I was wondering since it is a prepaid debt card can I put money into it and use it as a gift card? I like the corsair card it looks good so I wanna keep.
