Hi, can someone please PM the updated link to my case? I created a new account in the new RMA system but I am not able to see my old RMA ticket.


I know you guys have not received the Memory yet but I would like to be able to see any future updates in a perm link.

I am sorry but that system is not accessible, do you have tracking info on the package you sent to us, if so once you have POD just bump this thread and I will check it for you or call our customer service and they can check it for you.
