CTV
Hi Someone please help me. I sold my old graphite grey 600T to get a new silver edition this past weekend. The silver looks great but I have a few issues with it: 1.) I immediately noticed that the side panel used to access the inside (working area) struggles to open and close properly on the top right-hand corner. I have a 600T's picture for illustration purposes. This looks to be a common issue. The panel on the other side fits correctly at a quick glance and when moved over to the "problem side", also catches a little 2.) The paint job is a little shoddy on the front face/bezel on the inside of the recessed area. Please see lines in red in the attached image for illustration. The paint is very rough to the touch. I would almost go as far as the describe it as unevenly applied/distributed or overspray 3.) The top recessed inside of the rear bezel is a little more shoddy than the front and feels even more rough. I noticed this when picking up the case and could immediately feel something felt wrong. My old case was smooth almost all over. Again, see second image for illustration
CTV
Here are some pics to illustrate the side panel issue. I think the problem is the mould used for the case's front bezel/face
peanutz94
CTV you can request to have the case replaced if you like. They may even be able to send you just the front bezel and side panel instead of having to ship the whole case.
BF3
Hey CTV, I got my 600T white a few weeks ago and I have the exact same problem as you from day one, I hope I can get this sorted out because it is getting quite annoying.
CTV
Lets hope one of the Corsair guys like RAM Guy or Technobeard sees this and can shed some light on this
Administrators Technobeard Posted April 23, 2013 Administrators Share Posted April 23, 2013 Since the issue is with the frame and not the side of the case (as you've proven when you swapped sides), the case needs to be replaced. If it's within the store's return policy I'd recommend going through them, otherwise please fill out an RMA form and we'll replace the case. You really sure that the issue is with the chassis and not the plastic bezels attached to the metal frame? Apart from the shoddy paint-job, the alignment of the top-right corner almost appears to be an issue with the mold that was used to cast/inject the plastic bezel. I really don't want to go back to the retailer I purchased from due to a few reasons: (1.) they are a bit of a distance away from where I stay, (2.) I am almost sure they are going to dismiss my issues as nonsense, (3.) even if they did not dismiss my issues, they will most likely carry stock from the same batch of silver edition 600T's which may very well have the same issue
Administrators Technobeard Posted April 23, 2013 Administrators Share Posted April 23, 2013 The plastic bezels aren't removable on this case, so I'm calling them the frame. You can directly RMA it if you'd like. Please go to http://corsair.force.com and fill out an RMA.

I got a reply from the retailer so it looks like I will have to request a RMA from you guys (Corsair) directly: From: Nic @ Evetech Sent: 23 April 2013 01:54 PM To: *me* Subject: RE: Corsair Graphite 600T SILVER edition availability Good Day. This is not a common issue, but as you told technobeard , we will have the same batch as the one you currently have, so I can only recommend that you fill out an RMA sheet and have them replace your case for you. This will not fall under the warranty procedure from our side, but corsair will replace it for you, of that I am sure I'm here to help so if you have any other questions do not hesitate to ask. Administrators Technobeard Posted April 23, 2013 Administrators Share Posted April 23, 2013 If their warranty doesn't cover the side not fitting right from the box, we'll replace it, no problem.

CTV
You can select "I don't have a lot code". It should surely have a serial number though, does it not?
BF3
Hello Technobeard, I have the same problem and I took my month old case back to one of your official retailers in Australia, IJK computers, they told me to contact Corsair directly first, but isn't it quite expensive to ship a replacement case all the way to Australia? BF3
Sorry to hijack your thread CTV, but it seems like I have the same problem as you do. It only happens on the left side, the right side is perfectly fine, I have also tried to swap the panels around but the same problem remains. http://imageshack.us/a/img690/4936/20130425162415.jpg http://imageshack.us/a/img855/3229/20130425162328.jpg
