RMA# 5829923 Change Model

I have applied for RMA and got the RMA #5829923


It's the 3rd time I'm sending this set back, and eventually I sold my system

and bought a new one based on Z68 (Dual Channel Kit)


Is it possible to ask to replace the kit I sent to a "Dual Channel" Kit?


I'll be realy glad If you would comply with my request

as for now I dont have anything to do with a Tri-Channel kit.

I am sorry but that is not something we can do over the forum, you will want to call our customer service by phone to work this out. Just call the toll free number listed under contact on the main site.
