RMA processing updated, no way to view RMA

About four days ago, i received an approval for a RMA, i had sent my headset off to the address and i was awaiting a reply. Then Corsair changed their RMA processing system, i have made an account, and logged in but there is now way to relate my previous RMA request to that account, I can only make a new RMA. I then tried to view the RMA the old way but those links have been disabled. Is there any way to connect the RMA with my account, or could you please check my ticket. RMA# 5838513
