RMA taking ages to process!

Hi,

 

I have an outstanding RMA which is taking ages to process - the case was actually opened on 11th March. The average time to reply to my responses is 10 days which is ridiculous.

 

I normally buy Corsair as a standard because I know their customer support is normally excellent, but this is rubbish and after this I'm seriously considering not buying any more products from you.

 

Corsair has my memory and I just want to sort out a suitable replacement for my motherboard.

 

Can you please look at this and get it resolved today?
