boiled_owl
Hello, my RMA was just approved for an HX 750 that was shorting out and i was wondering if I should ship everything that came with it, i.e. cables and such, or just the psu unit by it's self. Also, is it alright to ship it back in its original box if I tape it up? i really don't want to have to pay for packaging on an item that is already costing me more money(from RMA shipping) just because it wasn't working properly when i got it. :P Thanks for the help
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted April 22, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted April 22, 2013 Yes please include the cables and you can use the original box but I would put it inside another box with some packing material so the PSU does not get damaged.
