Ledhead900
I unboxed my H100i I got from PC Case Gear two days ago and on the very first boot I could hear this loud high pitch noise at first I had no idea what it was but I did some reading and found it is the pump/fans. Funnily enough my version displayed in Corsair Link shows the version as 1.0.5 which was supposed to fix the issue of the loud pitch noise  also my fans are not PWM I noticed that there is supposed to be some sort of RMA to be sent a free set of replacement fans which were 4 pin PWM for use with the H100i which apparently fix the humming how do I get hold of those  http://puu.sh/2EjlX.jpg

Ledhead900
just start a rma and in the comments section ,explain what you need. If it it ends up anything like this RMA http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=117748 I am going to be super pissed as well. I won't be taking the cooler off at all for this issue, I rather go out and buy a set of Noctua PWM Fans designed for static pressure than send the unit back whole just for a couple of fans. Edit: So I don't have to send t back apparently well I suppose I better get onto this RMA business first time I have been around these woods and have never dealt with corsair RMA before. wytnyt
request an rma,the automated reply will request sending old fans back but just ignore that
Ledhead900
Yes I made a RMA and included my invoice for reference of purchase. Been a couple days now with no response other than the initial email saying thank you for making the RMA. I'm not counting on quick support so it is not really a problem.
