bogalog Posted April 19, 2013 Share Posted April 19, 2013 Hi, I sent my power supply back a little while ago, and the tracking that I have used shows as signed for on the 16th at 10:27. I'm a bit concerned that my RMA status is still showing as Defective Parts Not Yet Received. It's been well over 24hours and I just wanted to make sure nothing went wrong. The RMA number was on the outside of the parcel, and I also left a note inside with the number, and my contact details for return. Thanks for your help.
