RMA #5765807 not received

Hi, I sent my power supply back a little while ago, and the tracking that I have used shows as signed for on the 16th at 10:27. I'm a bit concerned that my RMA status is still showing as Defective Parts Not Yet Received.

 

It's been well over 24hours and I just wanted to make sure nothing went wrong. The RMA number was on the outside of the parcel, and I also left a note inside with the number, and my contact details for return.

The status shows it was received and in in process

4/16/2013 9:20:42 AM TS/Administrator RMA is being processed by Corsair.

If you do not see a change on the status by Monday I would suggest calling our customer service by phone using SKYPE to call the toll free number listed under contact on our main site
