Recently I purchase a Corsair H80-i after a few days using it I start to noticing a grinding noise specially when the fans are at low RPM, also the same fans are making a high pitch sound, easily detectable at 1500RPM and above, I make the purchase on march 16 the reseller here in mexico didn't accept the unit back, so I contact corsair directly to initiate the RMA process, I contacted customer service after a few days after I submit a ticket, they told me that i was still in warranty period so the shipping to corsair should be free and send me a label but it wasn't a prepaid guide since then I been calling costumer service over and over again they always told me that the prepaid guide will be sent to my email the next day i haven't received anything can anyone please tell me what i have to do to receive a prepaid guide? The customer department told me that they only paid for the return shipping, this complicates things for me because sending mi h80-i to the US it will cost me almost 100 us dollars, and for that price I rather buy a new one. antonyfrn Posted April 19, 2013 Share Posted April 19, 2013 I think there having some problems with these im waiting for one I got a tracking number tried to check what it was turned out they sent my cooler out last night and it already out for delivery today. maybe a call to customer service may help. I really hope that you can help me in this matter. Call them again and let them know the unit is less than 30 days old and they will send you a label. It looks like a request for a prepaid label was already made, and the label creation might be in process (I'm not 100%) sure. One question though. It looks like you filled out a form on the forum just before creating this thread and contacted the webmaster. Where'd you find a link to do that?
