I just received approval for my rma but I wanted to do an express replacement. I contacted customer service and they advised me to submit another ticket as DOA to get that option but when I tried that suggestion the option for express replacement was still not available. Is there any way you can help me with this or is standard replacement the only option?

You will need to call CS by phone to arrange an advanced replacement for credit card security reasons. Make sure you have your case or RMA number handy and if you are overseas or out of the US you can install SKYPE to make the call to the toll free number for nothing. Sorry, but that is the only way to make this happen at this time.
