Good Morning,

My name is Matteo, i'm from italy

I have opened the Ticket in date 4/16/2013, but i haven't received a reply,

can someone help me?

I have a very big problem, my H80i is dead...

i follow the instructions inside the h80i and compile an rma direct to Corsair,

i love corsair product... but can i receive support here in italy?

For now i use the h80i like ornament on my desk :biggrin:

Your RMA has been approved and I have asked our customer service to help you with the shipping since you just got the unit or you can see if the reseller will replace it for you since you just got it.
