RMA requestion question.

I put in a request for an RMA (ticket # is 6004945) on the 3 pin fans on my H80i. This was the 15th. I know it's only been a few days but what's usually the next step? The e-mail says customer service was going to contact me in 8 hours but hasn't happened.
