Spiritakos
Cpu temperature. With AlSuiteII(asus program) the temperature of cpu is 28°C idle and 43 °C full load, with corsair link is 10.5 °C idle and 22.5 full load and not stable. With CorsairLink2 the temperature is not stable always!Sorry for my bad english! wytnyt
aisuite is known to interfere with link as they both want proprietary rights to monitoring/control you should remove aisuite and recheck,,simply not running aisuite will not work,it must be removed
Spiritakos
these temps exist before install the programm AlSuiteII.I have same temps with other programms example speedfan...
Bryman
Well it's either below 50 degrees in the room or the thermometer was VERY poorly calibrated or most likely it's getting the temperature from the wrong spot

wytnyt
50 degrees would generate a much higher reading than what the op is stating and i dont think theres any area within the system that would have a reading in the area of 10.5c. no component in a system can have those temps as they will always at their coldest be near ambient temp either something isnt up to date or perhaps it glitched when installed or some other monitoring software is interfering . ganjiry
It's an AMD cpu so the core temp is measured in an odd way. Read here http://www.overclock.net/t/1128821/amd-temp-information-and-guide The number you are seeing is the core temp but it won't show an accurate reading untill it hits around 40c. Don't use Asus Ai Suite as it's known for giving false/incorrect readings. Uninstall Ai suite and use something like HWiNFO64 to monitor things if need be http://www.hwinfo.com/download64.html Here's a screen shot of my HWiNFO open with the Core and Socket temps highlighted. http://i1206.photobucket.com/albums/bb445/ganjiry1/HWINFOCpuTemps.png I hope this helps. Ganji EDIT: NEVER USE 2 MONITORING SOFTWARE'S AT THE SAME TIME. It will cause conflicts which will produce more false readings.
Spiritakos
Gangi thanks for your answer,so thanks a lot and the other guys for answers too.I use AiSuite and speedfan and i have the same temps of my components.I try to using realtemp but it's not supported my cpu and general cpu's up to 8 cores.I will use HWmonitor and will write my impressions. Thanks! Spiritakos
The temps of cpu is same with this programms(AilsuiteII,Speedfan,HWmonitor) only with corsairLink2 i have "paranormal" temps... And ask you know, why with 3 programms i have the same temps and with corsairlink2 don't have?
ganjiry
The temp u are seeing in corsair ink is the core temp which shows in HWiNFO64 (NOT HWmonitor) as CPU 0 which i have relabled as core temp in the screen shot. IT will change rapidly due to the way it is measured. Read the post in the link in my preious post. Then the socket temp lower down labled CPU as default. This temp is usually about 5c(on my rig) higher than what Corsair link shows as H100i coolant temp. http://i1206.photobucket.com/albums/bb445/ganjiry1/CorsairLink2.png http://i1206.photobucket.com/albums/bb445/ganjiry1/HWINFOCpuTemps-1.png
Spiritakos
yes ganji.sorry i mean HWiNFO64.Ok i got it.this low temp of cpu is core temp and not general of cpu. This temp of coolant(in your picture) is general of cpu or the temp of pump(H100i)? ganjiry
Yes mate the low temp is the core temp but it isn't truely accurate untill it reach's 40c and above. So anything below 40c you can ignore as you know it hasn't reached 40c yet. The coolant temp is the temp of the liquid going through the pump. Spiritakos
Thanks Ganji. Is there any way to see the overall CPU temperature(socket temp) with corsairLink2?
ganjiry
No probs ;) The overall temp that you need to watch is the core temp mate. As for adding the socket temp to corsair link i don't think it's possible but the core temp is what matters.
