Ticket 6004038 / AX750

Can anyone at Corsair please help with regards to my PSU, RMA ticket 6004038.

 

I received an email from A customer service representative called Evelyn Chiang, saying that as a one time courtesy gesture my PSU would be collected from me by UPS, I have emailed to confirm more details of this, 5 times now and I have had no reply at all.

 

Could someone please advice before I throw the PSU out of the window.

I've had no contact from Corsair now for a week so, what as happened to Corsairs customer service? Because I sure haven't seen any yet.

 

I bought the AX750 thinking it would be of the best quality but it failed in the first 10 months, I am now trying to get the psu back to Corsair but all that seems to be happening is that I am being ignored and I have no idea why.

 

Worst customer service I have ever encountered, I've posted on here, I've posted on Facebook and I have sent six emails and still no reply.

Nine, you could either log log into your support ticket or call them by phone. This is tech support and CS would be who you need to talk to. Sorry they do not monitor the forums.

 

If you are overseas or out of the US you can instal SKYPE and make the call to the toll free number for nothing. But they would be able to get you taken care of in just a few minutes.
