Corsair H100i and Corsair Graphite White 600T

Hello Corsair and other members. I'm in the process of building a new system

Specs:

Core i7 3770K (Wanting to OC to 4.0Ghz +, no higher than 4.8)

GTX 670 2GB (No OC and standard cooling)

16GB Corsair RAM (Dominator Platinum)

2 SSD 120GB and 1TB HDD

H100i (If I find the answers first)

MSI Z77 MPower Intel Z77

Graphite 600T White Case

I'll also be changing the stock fans of the H100i to either SP120 or the AF120. Can't remember what fan was for the case and what fans are for the H100i. I've had it all written down :)

Now I've looked around everywhere and I've found all sorts of answers regarding the H100 and the 600T case. I want to know information and if possible images showing what I require. I'd like to know the setup required for having the H100i in the 600T case. I want to know how people have the fan mounted and what direction they have the fans (If possible a image of showing the fan arrow) as I don't understand when someone say Push/ Pull etc.

I'd like to know what temperatures people are having because I'm wanting to OC to 4.0 +, no higher than 4.8. I'd like to know peoples ideas on setting up the case with the H100i for best performance

Just want to know peoples thoughts and current experiences with the H100 or H100i. I'm very pleased currently with the H80 I've had and had no problems.

P.S. I want to have the H100i mounted on the top of the case, thanks. Also would like to know if people notice much of a difference with only 2 fans, and would like to know does the case warm up because of the phones being mounted outside of case etc. Just as much information as possible.

Thank you everyone for the help,

Kind Regards,

AJLedbetter123

I have the 600T and the H100i.

I use a simple setup. Radiator is at the top(inside of the case) with the two stock fans on the outside of the case blowing air in. I can't use 4 fans(push pull) because the mobo gets in the way.

Temps are fine on my 2500k@4.6 1.36V. around 62°C stress testing with the H100i on quiet. It gets 5°C cooler on max. While gaming it never goes above 55°C.

If you want to use the cooler bare minimum:

pump's sata plugged in. that's it. Plug the 3 pin coming from the pump (or a 3 pin from a fan) to the CPU fan header unless you want CPU fan errors or disable cpu fan alert in BIOS.

My video goes over the install.

@pucci821...

Just curious, did you try with the radiator fans as exhaust? That's how I have mine and I am just wondering if I should turn them.

Thanks

No I didn't just my thoughts but was thinking like a car radiator. Cool air comes in and is blown out the back. When max out there is a little hum and I can hear the front 200mm fan but it's not over bearing at all.

Ok, thanks. Maybe I will try to turn mine over ( intake instead of exhaust ). My temps are ok, but I don't push it very hard.
