Is it just me or does Corsair have about the worst product support in the history of the world?

.

nope, may be a user error coupled with the fact these coolers require a little finesse in installing, thats why this forum is here,to help.

ok my question is will i really see that much of a significant noise/air difference with the SP fans vs the stock fans that the H80i comes with?

dont have any new fans right now :( im sure they are coming though :)

Not really, the only difference is the Stock H80i Fans can be a Higher RPM then the SP120 High Performance Edition, only slightly though. Mostly its for looks, but the SP120's can run a lower RPM then the H80i Stock Fans which is nice for idle when you need it to be quieter.

i tried using a mini usb to regular usb instead of the dongle cable and i tried 2 different usbs (1 front and 1 back) and the front said malfunctioned and the back one said didnt install correctly...ugh...you plug it into the same place you would plug the dongle in right? except your plugging into an actual usb instead of on the motherboard
