Hello,

 

I've requested an RMA for Corsair Extreme Series X32 2.5 SSD, I recently recieved a response saying "I am sorry but this was already issued as an RMA, please go to our site and request a new RMA

Is this down to the fact this particular was already issued as an RMA and the number of warranty return limit or time has been been reached?
