EpiTeK
I bought the M95 about a week ago to replace my logitech G700 (sensor was pretty crappy), I'm quiet happy with the mouse overall except 1 thing that bothers me alot and I don't know if it's defect or just like that. I read that the side buttons were upgraded compare to M90 (tuned for more consistent feel and are not as stiff) but on my M95 half of them do that and the other half are stiff as **** and are impossible to hold the mouse still when spamming them. Also because of that issue none of my side buttons feel the same and makes it feel cheap even though it isnt. TL;DR My side buttons are inconsistent and some are way too stiff should I RMA or get a refund because they are all like that?
Toasted
It's not normal for the side buttons to be stiff. Contact your seller and ask if they can replace the M95 for you.
VeJLEXDK
If your reseller will not replace them, follow the guidelines located inside the package of the mouse and call Corsair Customer Support. If they give you the go ahead and approve your RMA request send it away and you shall recieve it in 2 weeks if you live in the US. Most of the Time Corsair replaces them with a new device. Cheers!
