ep260
I've had this Corsair TX750M in my computer for nearly two months now. Since day 1 I've had this annoying sound coming from my power supply. I have disabled C1E and EIST with no improvement. I have also disabled any Asus AI tuning and Fan Xpert2 with also no improvement. Is this something that I should get replaced or is this normal? Any suggestions on a fix? I have included 2 videos I took of this noise. The first one is without the fans turned on and the cpu fan on low. Second just shows the sound does stop for a bit sometimes. http://youtu.be/IM6FIrTKKz0 http://youtu.be/OnXuDt3Ubkg
VeJLEXDK
Make sure that there is not a lot of dust buildup inside the Power Supply. It would seem to me that there is by the look of your case. take it out and hit it with some compressed air. if that does not still work you will need to contact corsair http://www.corsair.com/us/company/contact/
ep260
I have been accepted for RMA. I will report back once I get the replacement. I was told that the newer ones in circulation do not have this problem. I guess we will see.
