case fan regolation problem

Hi. i'm a new user.

i have a link and cooling node in my 800D. i want use a cooling link for set the fan rpm in the radiator and check the water temperature. all works,but i have some problem with a fan regulation. i have a noiseblocker S2. the cooling set the rpm to max speed and i can't select any other rmp. i have try to change the profile without any result:eek:.

it depends, if your using a corsair commander with a cooling node (cooling kit) you can control many types of fans. If you are using a cpu cooler h100i for example you can only use the supplied fans. As per his post he's using a cooling kit which means he can control quite a few different kinds. avido have you updated the cooling node and commander? It sounds like he is using a third party controller and trying to use our Corsair Link and Lighting Kit to control the fans Is that the issue avido if so then yes it will likely only work with PWM Fans if you have the cooling node already updated to 1.2.5?

i bought the corsair cooling kit for control the rad fan e one case fan. all the fan are connected to the cooling node. i cant control the rpm of the noisebloker(rad fan) and that make a extreme noise:eek: (but aren't called noiseblocker?:wtfman::wtfman:)

 

i havent' any corsair hydro kit, i have a custom one:cool:

Looks like another PWM fan brand/type that doesn't work correctly with cooling kit

What is the exact part number of the fans and what Firmware version is on the cooling node and what version of our software are you using?
