H100 Broken fan control

I bought this unit a while ago and it works fairly well until the fan control broke. The led indicator no longer turns on and the fans can not be controlled. The liquid still flows and keep the cpu cool. I would like to rma this unit except one of the fans broke so I gave the other one away and I'm missing the receipt, but I have the other original packaging. Am I still eligible for rma?

assuming its still under warranty,you can rma whatever part is bad,you need not send it all back

Considering that the warranty for these things are 5 years, I'm should be well covered. How am I suppose to ship the broken part when I'm not sure sure which part that is? Also I don't think Corsair want me to tear the h100 apart and send it to them

there is only fans,cooler and cables

you mentioned not having the fans but you could have only rma the cooler itself but

the h100 is no longer available as the h100I has taken its place

it would be best to call them and explain what you need

All you have to do get an RMA and then send the Radiator and cold plate and fans and we will replace it with a new unit. I am sorry I dont get the issue here.

You can always reqyest an advanced RMA on line and put up a credit card and get the replacement before you send the old one to limit your down time. If you have any issues then you would need to speak with our customer service and I am sure they will try to work with you.
