No updates on ticket #6003869

I am waiting for an update on my ticket #6003869

Opened the ticket april 10 and no updates yet.


Brief summary of the case.

Recently I received a replacement HX1050 from Corsair when I RMA'ed my HX1000.

But after only 6 days the new unit began blowing the plug fuse in my appartment. Meaning that it is as good as dead.


Original RMA # for the HX1000 is 5747984


BTW: I'm in Denmark if that makes a difference.
