orphenshadow Posted April 13, 2013 Share Posted April 13, 2013 I just got my Vengeance 2000 about 2 weeks ago and for the most part It worked great. I was busy with school and didn't get a lot of use out of it. This past week I have been home and using the headset and I noticed that when I was charging it. I would get random USB not recognized. The past few nights I put it on the charger and the next day. It's not charged. I got to looking at it and noticed that the light does not come on and it does not seem to be making a connection on the port inside the headset itself. If i jam a bit of paper between the plastic and the usb port it will come on and charge. Is this a common issue? I guess I'll be filling out an RMA request tonight. Otherwise, if its only been 2 weeks, see if you can exchange it with your retailer for a quicker turnaround. If they won't assist you, then go through a RMA. They also want the original box, When I believe my roommate tossed into the garbage. I submitted an RMA on sat and so far have not gotten a response. I'm not sure If i did it right.
