RMA PSU: What should I send?

Hi.

 

I've to send my PSU in the Netherlands because it will not turn on (my case number is 5735326).

I must also send the power cable and all other cables? Or is it not necessary?

Because I lost something... and now I do not have a spare power cable...

 

For shipment (from Italy) I have to pay € 34, there isn't a cheaper solution?

I can not call support because I do not speak English well, and I don't know how to send them an email.

Send everything that came with it.Cables and all! They will send you a new sealed unit with new cables and accessories.

 

Don't worry about the cable you lost.

You can log into your RMA support case and reply or send new messages regarding your case that way.
