aviator88 Posted April 12, 2013 Share Posted April 12, 2013 Hi, After receiving my H100i and within the installation of it, I had two of the standoffs screws bent already. Which caused the whole installation to be a nightmare. I went ahead and installed it but when I finished I realized how bad they are bent, the whole assembly now is crooked due to that issue. Since then I had my RMA requested for these parts and no replay or response since then. I even tried to call the toll free number and ended up leaving a message with no replay also.
