LDV
Greetings fellow forum users, I have a Corsair Voyager GT 128GB flash drive that has recently died completely. Before it died it would ask me to reformat every time I plugged it into a computer. That lasted for about a week and then finally it went completely dead and does absolutely nothing when you plug it into a USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 port. No light, no windows sound, nothing at all, its like it was never even plugged in. The drive was purchased by my company on 9/28/2012. I would just like some help with the RMA process. Thank You & Best Regards, LDV
Toasted
You'll need to make a account to request an RMA. http://corsair.force.com/

We have received your Standard Replacement RMA request. Your ticket # is XXXXXXX A Corsair Technical Support engineer will review and respond to your request within 8 business hours." Now I just play the waiting game. Again, thanks for your help! Best Regards, LDV
