Adrockg Posted April 15, 2013 Author Share Posted April 15, 2013 Hi, my rma status #5817759 changed on the 12th that it had been shipped but when i try to track using the ups details provided the ups website tells me it hasnt left yet. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted April 16, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted April 16, 2013 If the part is not in stock at the local hub they will process the order from the factory in Taiwan and it may take 24-48 Hours before the tracking number becomes active. Please give it another day or so once the package is delivered to UPS it will show in the system but there is a delay in the system so it is likely going to show up the same day it is delivered.
