caion Posted April 11, 2013 Share Posted April 11, 2013 Hi, Corsair seems to be ignore my emails/messages as well.. I've been trying to get in touch with them since March 30, but no replies in the support case / RMA and no response to emails or tickets I create, despite the fact that the automated acknowledgement email they send you says they will reply within 8 business hours.. For the record, I've tried posting in the support case, email REMOVED, create a ticket at corsair.force.com, but no reply on any of it.. My RMA case still just says N/A wrt. the shipping date (They told me I shouldn't send anything back).. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
caion Posted April 11, 2013 Author Share Posted April 11, 2013 On the 28th of March I created a tech support case on the website, because my carbide 300R case is missing a rubber foot.. On the 30th of March Technical Support replied that I should create an RMA case to get my address into the automated shipping system (nothing should be sent back to corsair). After filling out the RMA I was told to post back in the support case. I did this but received no reply.. My RMA case is #5794310. On the 7th of April I wrote a new message in the support case, asking for an update (since nothing had happened, and RMA still showed N/A).. Again, no response. On the 9th of April, I emailed rma@corsair.com asking for an update on the case. I received an automated reply message saying my email would be handled within 8 business hours.. 30 hours later, I had still received no reply (Today, on the 11th of April I have still not heard back on it), so i created a new ticket on corsair.force.com (ticket #6003853).. Again I was promised a reply within 8 business hours.. And AGAIN I have received no reply.. I understand things take time, but I don't understand why all my messages and emails are being ignored!.. The part you need is not available at this time however I have asked our parts department to get the parts you requested ASAP. You should get an email from them shortly. As I said in the post, I don't mind the fact that fulfilling the RMA takes time.. My problem was that I was not getting replies to my messages and emails.. I will await an email from you..
