Case Ticket #6003659

Hi Corsair,

 

I was hoping you could give me an update on Ticket #6003659. I had put the RMA request in as of 4/9/2013 and have yet to hear back. I am in no way rushing, but I would like to get the process started. :biggrin:

 

Also, when I filled out the RMA form, I was only give the option of "accessory replacement" and not allowed to choose either "replacement" or "advance replacement." Will this limit my RMA?

Once last question, the RMA is for my h100i. Would I have to send back all of the hardware (backplate and screws) or just the radiator/pump/fans?

Thank you Ram Guy, but I have one last question (sorry for so many :D:)

 

I am RMA'ing the unit because the fan connectors (y split cables) are defective (when I removed the cable, the whole fan header came off of the cpu block), so would I sent those back? Can I assume that those will also be supplied with the replacement unit?

I am sorry it does not show it was shipped yet I have sent a message to our customer service to see what they can do to help speed this along, if you dont see an email with the tracking info in the next few hours I would suggest calling our customer service by phone
