Evilvito Posted April 11, 2013 Share Posted April 11, 2013 Hello I recently sent my corsair hs1 headset through Canada-post(uses USPS when the product gets to USA). I printed the form corsair gave and sent it to the shipping address shown but I got something strange when I went to go track it. It apparently arrived on April the 8th 2013 at 7:27 am to HAYWARD, CA 94544 instead of 94545. I'm not sure the American zip code system works by I assume the 1 number off shouldn't make such a difference. Though when I check my RMA status, it still says that defective products were not received after 60 hours in which USPS said it arrived. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted April 11, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted April 11, 2013 The average turn around time is 7-10 days so I would expect it to ship out today or tomorrow 3 Day UPS.
