(6002814), I opened it last friday and, as for today, I have no answer, despite the confirmation email saying my request will be reviewed within 8 business hours. I'm requesting a replacement for one of the hdd plastic trays for my Graphite 600T as it came broken out of the box, also, the fan controller doesn't work from minimum to 50% or so, can I get a replacement for this too? sorry about my english Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

My RMA changed to 6004456, they told me it will be shipped next monday or tuesday, what I didn't get is, that both parts are being shipped or just one of them thank you for your support RAM GUY!
