Regas
Hello Corsair Team & Users, whenever I mute or unmute my microphone (via the physical button on the headset) I get complaints about a loud static popping noise from my colleagues. I use Team Speak 3 (with voice activation enabled) on Windows8 x64. Uninstalling the driver or switching usb ports does not seem to fix the problem. Hope you can help. Regards, Regas

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted April 10, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted April 10, 2013 Try it on a different system Regas and see if the popping noise occurs. This will confirm if there is a problem with the mic.
Ozone172
There is no problem with your mic, i think it was made like this, as mine also does it, and my friend who also bought a corsair headset did it from day
