c684 Posted April 9, 2013 Share Posted April 9, 2013 Hi, In the RMA form it is said that to avoid downtime, someone can return only the faulty module and not the whole set. I would like to know if it is possible in my case, as i don't have replacement ram. Do i have to send the 2 modules or only the faulty one ? We do have an advanced RMA option available where we send the replacements first. I just messaged you through the case number with advanced RMA instructions.
