RMA Delivery Attempt on Saturday

My RMA (6002130) was sent by USPS Priority Mail and was attempted to be delivered on Saturday. The status is simply "Notice Left (Business Closed)". Would someone kindly go to your post office and pick this up? Surely this cannot be the first time this has happened.

It is still sitting there. It is not going to be re-delivered. I just spoke to them. Someone needs to either pick it up or call them and tell them to re-deliver. Would you PLEASE call them at 1-800-275-8777 and tell them to re-deliver!?!? The tracking number is 9505 5106 7329 3094 3483 19.

I am sorry but no we cannot, however we are a business they know our hours and will redeliver but you can call them if you like. I will send our customer service a message for you is about all I can do.

This is still not going well. Could you please check into this case (6002130)? You will see that it was supposedly shipped on 04/12/2013 but if you would bother to check the tracking number (1ZA3969T1248758180) you will see that UPS still has not received it.

That is normal if the part in question is not in stock at the local hub they will process the order from another HUB and come in a bulk package by air and once its received and broken down at the Hub closest to you and given to UPS it will show tracking information. There is a delay in the tracking system because it is going through UPS and back to us again so it is common to see the package delivered the same day the tracking information show as active.
