Jaypadwick Posted April 8, 2013 Share Posted April 8, 2013 Hi there, I bought a Corsair Vengence 2000 Headset on 27 February 2013. They have suddenly stopped working with the following observations: 1) Amber charge light and blue power button are stuck on 2) Windows 7 notification area indicates a driver error 3) When removing dongle the Blue power button turns off but amber light remains on. Blue light resumes a fixed "on" state when dongle is inserted I have read these forums and people say reset the device by waiting for power to drain. A shame i cant pull the battery out, is that possible? Others have reported that when this error occurs they're battery life is considerably shortened.
