nickbickerstaff
Hi, this is the second M90 that I've had since the first one, windows didn't even recognize. So i sent it back to amazon and i have another one now. This one, windows recognizes, the LEDs light up, the mouse moves on screen but none of the buttons work. I have tried to install the firmware update but it says 'Erasing flash memory failed!' every time. I have also tried to install the drivers without the firmware update but it doesn't do anything. Toasted
Is it plugged into a USB 2.0 port? Check Device manager, is the M90 detected properly? Try the firmware updater on another computer.

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted April 8, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted April 8, 2013 Try this: http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=104856 If this doesn't work Nick, setup a RMA and what I can do is test the replacemnt mouse prior to shipping it out as your replacement after you mail yours in.
