steveliddle
Hi bought the above and a load of other kit, not built a pc for years and ran into a few problems, got the case sides off as it is still very much work in progress. http://thumbsnap.com/s/Shj9EH3W.jpg Got some unlabeled wires, not sure what they are for and there are no spaces on the motherboard, so anyone got any ideas ? I know the mobo does not have firewire and so the 1394 lead is tucked away, there are what looks like 2 usb 3.0 leads in the front panel passing into 2 usb 3.0 leads in the case, but no way to connect them to the mobo luckily the usb 2.0 lead ends up in a block that plugs into the mobo found the instructions spread all over the net really helped as corsair does not seem to like instructions, all I had was the quick start guide, there is some reference to a manual, but it looks like it was never uploaded

Up until the last few years it was always a computer shop that put them together.
steveliddle
got a lot of experience in computers, but not much in building them, most of the connections are ok currently downloading some large files and will look into the comments made more easily prefer to use links for photos, as sometimes lots of photos can be a pain to people on slow connections :(
peanutz94
prefer to use links for photos, as sometimes lots of photos can be a pain to people on slow connections :( I meant it doesn't work. There is no image there when you click the link . There is a code for a direct image and even copying and pasting gives an error. but if you need me too I can post a pic of my cables to show you where they go. Administrators Technobeard Posted April 8, 2013 Administrators Share Posted April 8, 2013 peanutz4: click the dead image link and the full pic is there. The thumbnail on that site is just hosed. The connectors in the pic are for the fan controller. Some are for fans to connect to, and the molex is to power the fan controller (and the connected fans).
