Bryman
if you really want to try to fix it which is probably hopeless...make sure the link is plugged in and you have newest firmware and link software installed...

peanutz94
caseyd, i would submit an RMA for the cooler and ask for the USB Dongle to be replaced. I would try that first or return the cooler for another one. dont have a working camera as of now, but i will try to tomorrow. I think you might be right though this is my first ever build and i am cuurenty going thrugh device manager and see a few unrecognized devices Did you install all of the MB/chipset drivers from your MB CD when you first installed windows? Your missing ethernet drivers and a few others. Most of them should be available for download at the manufacturers site.

Speed
Well, I have two H80i's that are working with the old 3-pin fans, LEDs and all and recognized by CL2, without going through a Commander. And an H100i working with the old 3-pin fans, LEDs and all and recognized by CL2, with going through a Commander. I'm not messin' with 'em. wytnyt
some are resentful towards my good experiences with the cooling products but i in fact have had a good working h80 and currently have a h100 and a h100I that are purring right along and controlled with the Link Commander as evident by my sig. caseyd
found out what it was. used a normal AB USB cable to connect to my computer to get the corsair100i to download the pumps software and drivers and then it found the pump, fans, LEDs; afterwards i disconnected the AB usb cable and reconected the cable corsair sent with the pump and now it cant find the leds and pump again so ill just continue using the ab cable until i can get a new one. man you gotta love those AB USB cables!! :D *what ARENT they good for!! haha
mustang2k
I had the same issue with mine could get temps and fan speeds in the link software but no pump info or led option, I swapped the pump cable with one of my case usb headers around on my motherboard and it now detects everything and the case usb ports work. something you might want to give a try and hope it works for you, I spent couple days searching for a fix to no avail. luccAs
Just as mustang2k says check the USB headers. I had the same problem and no h100i detection in CorsairLink2. After reading this thread, I've checked and the h100i usb must be plugged to 10-1 pin connector, I have mistakenly plugged it to 10-3 one and that is why the pump was not detected. :..:; is BAD (10-3) ::::; is the GOOD one (10-1) As You look close at the CorsairLink cable, You'll see that all 5 cables are connected only to top row of the header. Just posting this in case someone had made the same mistake as I did. Now all works fine, mine has 1.05 firmware preinstalled, no problems, though I wish the user manual was a bit more clear regarding 'after the socket installation' part. The 1.05 firmware can be downloaded in one of the top threats on the Cooling tab here on forum.
Bryman
No my fans are glitched to about 75% fan speed and really annoying because I think they are switching 2 different fan speeds every second because sounds like a plane you know like its rumbling kind of hard to describe anyway basically glitched to about 75% fan speed my led is black but that's because when I could control LEDs I set it to black it's white before it boots so pump is working
