I am sorry but that is not something we can help with on the forum I would suggest calling our customer service and ask them if you can get pre-paid shipping. The policy is if the unit is less than 30 days old they can normally take care of that if not it would be up to you. But you can try your reseller if you are out side the USA and see if they can do the RMA for you.
