andino
Hey, Whenever I try to uninstall the Vengeance 2000 drivers it locks my computer up. I noticed this as I was trying to install the new 2.0.7 drivers. After it failed there I tried using the control panel to uninstall and it failed there as well. I have tried uninstalling it in safe mode and it locks it up there as well. I have ran memory tests and chkdisk all with no errors. I'm running a somewhat fresh (2 months) install of Windows 7 64. I have also ran CCleaner, and it still locks up. I have ran MSCONFIG and did the selective start up with no services and it locked up on uninstall as well. It seems to get to about 99% on the green uninstall bar then it freezes the computer up right before it starts deleting the files. I have been able to install and uninstall the drivers on other computers. It's just my main computer that is having issues. andino
Also of note, whenever I try to run CAHS2 it errors out with "Please connect the Corsair VENGEANCE 2000 wireless USB adapter" even though it is connected and functioning.
Toasted
Are there any errors listed in Device manager for the V2000? Have you tried re-running the installer from corsair.com instead of Programs and Features?
