I want to buy the replacement unit, that way I can hold unto the one I have now till the replacement arrives. Than Corsair will credit the account when they receive the broken unit. All I got was an e-mail stating that they received my request and it will take 8 hrs to review it or something to that effect. This was last week. I am not rushing them. YET! The only case I see (which I just responded to) is the case you made 10 min before creating this thread which referred to another case that I was not able to find.
