RMA issued, PSU rec'd, ... nada

Don't want to be an A$$, but how long does it usually take to either be advised of your return's status or simply update the info on your RMA's status page? I'm on the East Coast and sent my return 12 days ago. Being without a computer for this long and looking at just as long, probably longer, to get a PSU back would have changed my decision on a Corsair PSU had I known that it would be a moth or more for warranty service. FWIW RMA 5766548

You could have always asked for an advanced replacement . It would have keep your down time to a couple of days.

Thankyou for trying to help the other day. As you suggested, I called CS with my RMA's tracking # and spoke with Wi (?). He said that a replacement would be shipped yesterday. Could you please verify that this DID ship? The Corsair form for this doesn't appear to get updated with accurate info. Again thank you for your help.
