Tstc Posted April 2, 2013 Share Posted April 2, 2013 Don't want to be an A$$, but how long does it usually take to either be advised of your return's status or simply update the info on your RMA's status page? I'm on the East Coast and sent my return 12 days ago. Being without a computer for this long and looking at just as long, probably longer, to get a PSU back would have changed my decision on a Corsair PSU had I known that it would be a moth or more for warranty service. As you suggested, I called CS with my RMA's tracking # and spoke with Wi (?). He said that a replacement would be shipped yesterday. Could you please verify that this DID ship?
